Some email addresses domain like hotmail.com, query the sender location. If the email does not originates from the sender's domain name, the operation results as an error.
To overcome this problem, you can try to send your emails via SMTP Server or via MAPI. These can be reached from Options menu. Sender must be set to second or third option and their appropriate settings must be set.
