HS Multi-Email Sender has 3 different way of sending emails.
1) Send directly
2) Send via smtp server
3) Send via MAPI
This methods can be accessed by option menu of the software.
1) For the option Send directly the software does not need any settings and it sends e-mails itself. The downside is that the email sent may be considered as bulk email by free e-mail providers such as hotmail.com, gmail.com.
2) Send via SMTP server does need your hosting company SMTP settings. If your company allow you sending email via SMTP you can use their settings. But before sending please contact them about how many emails you want to send in a day.
3) Send via MAPI is the best choice for many. After clicking send, the email addresses are grouped into 80 emails and passed to your default client such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird etc. A compose message dialog appears between every 80 email addresses. Here, All you have to do is to click send from your client. The good side of this option is that if you have a free account provider like gmail, hotmail, you can send e-mails via your client as many as the free e-mail provider permit you to send in a single day.
Keep in my that, sending spam is considered illegal activity. Please use the software for opt-in email addresses and NOT FOR SENDING SPAM.
