Following steps must be followed for users who have not enough experience. Before sending email to multiple recipients, subject, body and sending parameters (i.e. from name, from email address) also known as headers must be set. These values altogether form a TEMPLATE. Recipients which are also known as email addresses to be sent will be denoted as a GROUP.and it must be set to a text file containing email addresses written line by line.

STEP 1: Fill in FromName field. For example you can set it to MY COMPANY

STEP 2: Fill in FromAddress field. For example you can set it to your own email address. Your recipients will see this email address as sender email address of the message.

STEP 3: Fill in subject field. As its name denotes it represents the subject of the email message.

STEP 4: Click on the search icon right to message file and choose a text or html file containing message to be sent. The file content is the body of the message. After choosing the file, an internal text editor will preview the message file and message can be edited .

STEP 5: Check enable HTML format, if the file is rich text format. Otherwise if it is plain text, leave it unchecked.

STEP 6: Click on the search icon just right to the Recipients File and choose a text file containing email addresses written line by line. Each line must have only one email address. Or, on the opened text editor write down email addresses line by line. These will be recipients.

STEP 7: You will see email addresses (recipients) on the JOB LIST . You can right click on the list and manage email address. If everthing is ok , just click on SEND BUTTON to start sending process.
You will the status messages for each email address on STATUS LIST. If the message is successfully sent to recipient, the recipient will be listed on SUCCESS LIST.
